Workshops for Students
Location: Culp Room 219
Meets for four sessions on: 8/29, 9/12, 9/19, 9/26
This 4 week workshop will help students learn to navigate stress and transition at the beginning of the semester. Topics covered include: Stress vs. Eustress, Labeling Emotions, Identifying Triggers, Managing Stress in the Body, Relaxation Techniques, and Campus Resources.
Mental Health Tool Kit
Location: Culp Room 305
Meets Weekly on: 8/29, 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5
This workshop is intended to provide students with a variety of coping skills to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Open to all ETSU students. Verbal participation is not required but is strongly encouraged.
Location: Meet at the Gazebo at University Woods

Location: Due to renovations in the Culp Center, the locations for each week may differ. Please see the room number in parentheses above for each date.
This workshop will include information on how to address self-criticism, perfectionism, and other negative self-talk. Open to all ETSU students. Verbal participation is not required but is strongly encouraged.
