Student Center Reservation Services

Reservations can be made online by visiting the Reserve Space on Campus page. Depending on what classification, you may need to login with your ETSU Username and Password. For ETSU non-affiliated groups, contact the Event Coordinator to help with your reservation needs.

Meeting, Conference, Forum, Private Dining, & East Tn Rm: 

The Student Center has a number of facility room rentals with various capacities and setups available for student, campus, and community groups. The rooms are available for meetings, workshops, receptions, small banquets, etc. A full range of audio/visual support services, including satellite teleconferencing, is available upon request. Ballroom, Auditorium, and Cave


The Student Center has a large ballroom seating over 1000 theater-style and 700 banquet-style, an auditorium with thrust stage with seating for 900. A full range of audio/visual support services, including satellite teleconferencing, is available upon request. The Cave showcases a video wall measuring a massive 32 ft to accommodate a variety of public display needs.

Lounges


Lounges are provided on each level of the building with comfortable, soft seating furniture, a relaxing atmosphere, and televisions or monitors for gaming in many areas.

Outdoor Spaces:

The Student Center reserves a number of outdoor spaces, such as Borchuck Plaza, University Commons, Amphitheatre, and the Quad, just to name a few. Events such as picnics, farmer's markets, homecoming events, tabling, and more can be seen in these spaces. The Amphitheatre is a wonderful, outdoor facility for speeches, performances, weddings, and other events that can hold up to 770 people within the tiered grass seating.
