Reservations can be made online by logging in to 25Live Reservation Software with your ETSU Username and Password. For ETSU non-affiliated groups, contact the Event Coordinator to help with your reservation needs booherl@etsu.edu.

Meeting/Conference Rooms

The Student Center has a number of meeting rooms with various capacities and setups available for student, campus, and community groups. The rooms are available for meetings, workshops, receptions, small banquets, etc. A full range of audio/visual support services, including satellite teleconferencing, is available upon request. Ballroom, Auditorium, and Cave


The Student Center has a large ballroom seating over 1000 theater-style and 700 banquet-style, an auditorium with thrust stage with seating for 900. A full range of audio/visual support services, including satellite teleconferencing, is available upon request. The Cave showcases a video wall measuring a massive 32 ft to accommodate a variety of public display needs.

Lounges


Lounges are provided on each level of the building with comfortable, soft seating furniture, a relaxing atmosphere, and televisions or monitors for gaming in many areas.

Outdoor Spaces:

The Student Center reserves a number of outdoor spaces, such as Borchuck Plaza, University Commons, Amphitheater, and the Quad, just to name a few. Events such as picnics, farmer's markets, homecoming events, tabling, and more can be seen in these spaces. The Amphitheater is a wonderful, outdoor facility for speeches, performances, weddings, and other events that can hold up to 770 people within the tiered grass seating.
