A community center for the ETSU campus.
The D.P. Culp Student Center serves as the community center for the ETSU campus. Housed within are numerous services, students and administrative offices, recreational opportunities, food service areas, the bookstore, a post office, and meeting facilities for use by ETSU students, faculty, staff, as well as members of the Tri-Cities Community.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, most campus offices and staff will be working remotely during this time. If you need to reach our office/staff, please contact us via phone or email or our office at 423-439-4286.
We are working daily to support students and continue student services. Staff are regularly checking voice mail messages and emails. Many questions can be answered from the ETSU COVID-19 Website at www.etsu.edu/coronavirus/ . Emergency on call staff members for Student Life, the Counseling Center, and Housing and Residence Life may be reached through Public Safety at 423-439-4480.
