Transition Information
Leave requests and balances transition information
Visit the all employee training and resources page for reminders about timesheets, hours worked, leave requests, and leave balances transition information.
TIME ENTRY
- Web clock is optional: While daily web clock use is still encouraged, it is not required. Non-exempt employees may choose to use the web clock or enter hours worked directly in Voyager, similar to TRS time entry. All hours worked must be entered by the pay period end date (see pay schedule below).
- Accurate time tracking is required, which is consistent with current practice and federal law.
- The Voyager mobile app remains available for those who prefer to manage hours on the go – regardless of which timekeeping entry method the employee chooses.
