More content will be added to this web page. Users will not be able to access the Voyager system during End-User Training. End-User Training begins late May/early June. Introduction to training
The Voyager training website will be the hub for all training resources. The goal is to organize all training materials in a way that ensures every employee can quickly and efficiently access the information they need to operate the system. Training content is accessible only with an ETSU account.

Web Clock
Web clock use is optional. While daily web clock use is still encouraged, it’s not longer required. Non-exempt employees may choose to use the web clock or enter hours worked directly in Voyager, similar to TRS time entry.
Accurate time tracking is required, which is consistent with current practice and federal law. The Voyager mobile app remains available for those who prefer to manage hours on the go – regardless of which timekeeping entry method the employee chooses.

Supervisor Overview: Absence and Time Modules
This webinar offers supervisors an overview of the Voyager Absence and Time modules. An HR representative will explain how to manage team absences and time, provide demonstrations, share information, and answer questions. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of Voyager and the training resources available to support them.
This workshop is a virtual webinar hosted through Microsoft Teams. Attendees will have access to the presentation, Q&A, and training materials, but they will not have access to the Voyager system prior to Go-Live. Attendees only need to register for one session.
Who should attend? Supervisors
Support
You will have support. There will be several ways to get the help you may need. The ITS Help Desk will lead the way, and Oracle's built-in guidance will serve as an in-system tour guide, complete with step-by-step instructions for many functions with the system. More detailed information can be viewed on the Voyager Support page.
Training resources will be regularly updated to reflect system changes and ensure the training information remains accurate and up-to-date.
