Boot Camp Registration
Join us from September 21 to October 2 for our two-week intensive training Voyager Boot Camp training event designed to empower all new and current employees working in Voyager! Throughout the two weeks, we are hosting multiple sessions every day covering a range of topics!
Most training sessions are lecture-based with a Q&A at the end. For some modules, you will have the choice to register for either in-person or virtual attendance. Additionally, we are offering hands-on Open Lab sessions where you can work one-on-one with subject matter experts to troubleshoot specific scenarios related to your areas. Explore the schedule below and register for whatever sessions fit your learning needs!
Can't make it? No worries! All sessions will be recorded and uploaded the day after on this website. Just click on Voyager Training on the left hand side menu and then click on Recorded Sessions and Training drop down.

Expenses
This webinar-style recorded video guides users through creating Expense Reports, travel authorization and documentation, expense types, and reimbursement policies.
To manage expenses from a mobile device, download the Oracle Fusion Expenses app (Google Play; Apple). While the main Oracle Fusion app supports many tasks, including time entry and leave or absence requests, it does not support expense functions. When setting up the app, please remember:
- Only this URL is accepted: https://fa-evyu-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com
- Enter the URL on the third tab, which is the SSO tab. Leave the other tabs blank.
-
View Personal Information and Compensation
Self-Service Pay allows employees to view payroll information, view paychecks, and update payment methods; it is also the place to access year end documents and other relevant financial information.

Non-Exempt Employees
Non-exempt employees may choose to use the web clock or enter hours worked directly in Voyager.
Accurate time tracking is required, which is consistent with current practice and federal law. The Voyager mobile app remains available for those who prefer to manage hours on the go – regardless of which timekeeping entry method the employee chooses.
