View Personal Information and Compensation
Self-Service Pay allows employees to view payroll information, view paychecks, and update payment methods; it is also the place to access year end documents and other relevant financial information.

Mobile App
Note: The URL needed for the app is the same URL as Voyager's direct link.
- App Download Instructions
To manage expenses from a mobile device, download the Oracle Fusion Expenses app (Google Play; Apple). While the main Oracle Fusion app supports many tasks, including time entry and leave or absence requests, it does not support expense functions. When setting up the app, please remember:
- Only this URL is accepted: https://fa-evyu-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com
- Enter the URL on the third tab, which is the SSO tab. Leave the other tabs blank.
-
Non-Exempt Employees - Time Card
Non-exempt employees may choose to use the web clock or enter hours worked directly in Voyager, similar to TRS time entry.
Accurate time tracking is required, which is consistent with current practice and federal law. The Voyager mobile app remains available for those who prefer to manage hours on the go – regardless of which timekeeping entry method the employee chooses.

Training Checklists. This spreadsheet is a helpful resource with checklists to guide employees through what they need to learn about different parts of the Voyager system. Each tab covers a specific area and lists the related training materials, both from this website and the Oracle Guided Learning tool in Voyager. Note: Employees may not have access to all of the areas listed and some materials may not be posted until after July 1.
Support
There are several ways to get the help you may need. The ITS Help Desk will lead the way, and Oracle's built-in guidance will serve as an in-system tour guide, complete with step-by-step instructions for many functions with the system. More detailed information can be viewed on the Voyager Support page.
Training resources will be regularly updated to reflect system changes and ensure the training information remains accurate and up-to-date.
