The Voyager HCM solution replaced functionality within ETSU’s Human Resource systems with a cloud-based integration solution designed to improve employee engagement and the hiring process. HCM stands for Human Capital Management and it covers functionality such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits, time and labor and learning.

Voyager’s Impact on Human Resources activities and the ETSU campus community:

• Real-time data: Voyager allows everyone to get their HR and financial data in real-time; no more waiting for reports to be updated.
• Role-driven access: Security and access to the HR and Financial systems is driven by the position (not the person); this means employees get the access they need quicker than before.
• Employee self-service: Employees use Voyager to access pay slips, W2 forms, and review personal profile information.
