I can't log in to Voyager
All employees should be able to access Voyager using Single Sign-On (SSO), which is a secure authentication method that uses ETSU login credentials. If you are unable to log in, please contact the ITS Help Desk for support.

Virtual open labs will be available to those needing assistance with human resource tasks or finance tasks within Voyager.

Human Resources (HR) Lab Sessions
The Office of Human Resources will host in-person lab sessions for any employee who would like to sit down with an HR Representative and get focused attention. No registration or appointment is needed, employees are welcome to drop in at a time most convenient for them. HR in-person lab sessions are offered from 1:00-3:00 pm on the following dates:

Overall Campus Support Plan
ETSU project team members developed a support and escalation structure. After a Help Desk ticket is submitted, this support plan will help team members quickly route complex or unresolved issues to the right experts. This should result in more timely resolutions and a better experience for everyone.
